Pilates & zo is a small pilates studio, based in the Netherlands. The look and feel is somewhat different from other pilates or yoga studios. No 'sweet colors' here: just bright yellow and a peppy purple. Ha!
This is a perfect match with Nancy, the pilates studio owner. Where most of my clients like me to guide them and come up with ideas, Nancy likes to take control. The design process usually starts with a sketch from Nancy, made in PowerPoint, her go-to program. I take it from there. This may sound like I do not really like it, but nothing is less true. I love our co-productions (since the start of Pilates & so in 2010). We respect each other's expertise and share our drive. In short: a party!
